Now I know this is gonna come off weird but I’ve been shopping at this nursery for a while now a little over three years and have never once had an issue with them. They have great prices and a great selection of plants but this year I made a significantly large purchase from them and I returned three plants from them and they accepted the return but gave me a store credit on A business card that they had there and unfortunately I ended up losing the business card that had the store credit. I immediately followed up by calling the store and letting them know the situation since I had a decent amount of store credit on it and they told me no worries That when I came back in, just let them know and they will apply it. That was in February/March and I needed to go get some plants and I went back to the nursery and was told since I didn’t have the card and there was nothing that they could do even though I know what they told me. I know, hundreds, if not thousands of people have gone to that nursery since I was last there Earlier in the year, but I just feel cheated out of my money. I’m extremely disappointed with my experience. Last fall, I purchased 8 trees from this nursery. Every single one died. I decided to give them another chance and replaced them with new trees about 3 weeks ago. Between both purchases, I have spent close to $2,000. Now the replacement trees are dying too. I reached out to the nursery for support, hoping they would help troubleshoot the issue or offer some guidance. They ignored my messages. No follow-up. No advice. No attempt to help after a significant purchase. I understand plants are living things and there are risks involved, but when a customer spends this much money and has the same issue twice, basic customer service matters. Being ignored made the experience even more frustrating. Based on the quality of the trees and the lack of support after the sale, I would not recommend this nursery.

I drove by this nursery coincidentally on my way to another nursery seeking advice but on a pure whim I decided to stop here to give it a shot. GREAT decision. The nurseryman at the desk had Awesome plant knowledge. I’m in the industry myself for close to 20 years and I came across a plant recently that neither I nor my peers could identify, but the gentleman at Rancho San Diego Nursery knew it in a snap. Afterwards I perused the nursery which has a really cool selection for a smaller business and very reasonable prices compared to even HD. I’ll definitely be back!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Very happy with this nursery , the big fat green one is the one I got from there . He didn’t have change so he gave me 2 plants for free on two back to back occasions ! 😭 they don’t stand over your shoulder like some nurseries .

I LOVE this place. Yes, it is small, but jam packed with options from large fruit trees to flowers. Excellent prices too. I will be back for more. For $40 I bought six cucumber plants, two strawberry plants, large zinnias, double fushia, and a large hydrangea! All are doing well. Super nice customer service too.
